Delegates Riley and Hornby move to amend the committee substitute for committee substitute on page 23, section 1, line 7 by striking the following: “"Eligible institution" means a public community and technical college or career/technical center approved by the council to deliver aviation maintenance training, Fairmont State University, Marshall University, and West Virginia University” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

““Eligible institution” means (1) a public community and technical college, (2) a career/technical center approved by the council to deliver aviation maintenance training, or (3) any state institution of higher education;”
